He is survived by: his wife Teena Tealsworth Schmidt; his son Nicholas Schmidt; his mother-in-law Eunice Tealsworth; and his sisters-in-law, Lisa Luckett (John) and Darla Norman (Joe). He is also survived by numerous extended family members and friends.
