He was predeceased by: his father Thurman Marion; and his siblings, Juanita Bolinger, Shirley "Kay" Hamilton and Darrell Laws. He is survived by: his wife Frances Laws; his children, Debra Jo Laws and Phillip Eugene Laws (Sharon); and his siblings, Joan York, Mike Laws, Linda Keith and Terry Laws. He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
