She was predeceased by: her parents, Bennie Howard and Pearl Dee Tucker Defoe; and her sister Margie Boren. She is survived by: her sister Donna Meredith; her brother-in-law Dan Boren; her nephews, Jonathon Boren and Jeffrey Bailey; her great-nieces and great-nephews, Joslyn, Esme Boren, Jacob and Ian Boren; Faith Bailey, Mason and Liam Bailey.
