He is survived by: his children, Jackson, Abigail and Maddox; his wife Candace; his children, Jack, Abby, Mother and Fredia Lane Hollingshead; and his siblings-in-law, Charles Foote and Judith Courtney (David Thomas). He is also survived by many Aunts, Uncles, cousins and best friends.
