She is survived by: her sisters, Betty Lemaster and Linda Schneekloth; her children, Philip Maddox (Lori), Carla Leonard (Robert) and Bruce Maddox; and her grandchildren, David Leonard (Natalie), Amy Becker (Alex), Emily Howard (Justin), Benjamin Maddox (Whitney), Lauren Soehner (Thomas), Lane Sword (Andrew), Jacob Maddox, Audrey Maddox (Dillon Knuepfer) and Channing Hopkins (Lindsey). She is also survived by thirteen great-grandchildren.
