She was predeceased by: her parents, Issac Franklin and Quixey Franklin; her significant other Willis A. Moyer (Bill); her siblings, I. C. Franklin, Jr., Joe Franklin of Tyler, Texas and Sarah Moore of Black Mountain; and her sisters-in-law, Lois Franklin of Tyler and Naomi Witman of Hamburg, Pennsylvania..

She is survived by: her children, Billy A. Moyer (Jan) of Cabot and Janet Moyer Glover of Houma, Louisiana; her grandchildren, Jason Moyer (Meagan) of Cabot, Drew Glover (Bendy) of Little Rock and Tamara Moyer Brown (Keith) of Bee Branch; her great grandchildren, Blayden Moyer, Otis Glover and Willis Glover; and her sister-in-law Ruby Franklin of Tyler. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
