He was predeceased by: his parents, Montford Nelson and Helen Nelson. He is survived by: his wife Veda Nelson; his sons, Chris Nelson (Kade) of Searcy, AR and William Russell (Nikki) of League City, TX; his grandchildren, Kole, Konner and Kaitlyn Russell of League City, TX; and his brothers, David Nelson (Mary) of New Bern, NC and Mark Nelson (Kandi) of Gainesville, FL.. He is also survived by several nephews, a niece, and many family members and friends.
