He was predeceased by: his parents, Milton Booker and Erlene Booker. He is survived by: his wife Margaret Simmons; his children, Richard "Bubba" Smith (Amanda) of Clarendon, Micheal Booker (Tori Varady) of Jonesboro and Dawn Cantrell (Heath) of Calico Rock; his grandchildren, Kaitlyn, Jodie Smith, Adam Wilson, Remington, Drake, Caliber, Daisy Cantrell, Dixie Mae and Maci Lou Booker; his siblings, Janet Calloway (Doug) of Hot Springs, Doug Booker (Jan) of Hot Springs and Jimmy Booker of Clarendon; his caregivers, Kaci Jones, Jade Peebles and Latoya Williams; Zack Gordon, Cathy Waller, Sheila Volz and Tori Varady. He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
