She was predeceased by: her parents, Yarnell Whitehurst and Edith Whitehurst; her stepfather Marion; her husbands, Verdie Meharg and Gerald Sharp; her son Eddie Meharg; her sister-in-law Peggy Whitehurst; and her friend Fred Dean.
She is survived by: her daughter Kathy Minton; and her brothers, Austin Whitehurst and Harvey Whitehurst. She is also survived by four grandchildren, five great-grandchildren; three great-great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 19th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Moore's Cabot Funeral Home (700 N 2nd St, Cabot, AR 72023).
