He was predeceased by: his parents, James Lee and Savanna Baker Dillard; his daughter Tammy Dillard; his grandchild Harley Fox; and his brothers, Johnny Dillard and Jimmy Dillard.
He is survived by: his wife Connie Dillard; his children, James Dillard (Teresa) and Lynn Fann (William); his grandchildren, Stacy Fox, Kristen Shirley, Levi Dillard and Peyton Hamilton; and his sister Arelene Benson.
