He was predeceased by: his wife Wanda Autrey; his parents, James Clifton and Leah Autrey; his siblings, James Clifton Autrey Jr. (Margie), E. J. Autrey, Lloyd Autrey, Billy Autrey, Pat Gordon (F. A.), Sammye Gordon (Stanley) and Alice Williams (Wesley); and his close friend Mary McGonigal.
He is survived by: his siblings, Nancy Logan of Cabot, Janis Thompson of Bentonville, Arkansas and Tom Autrey (Sandi) of Scott, Arkansas; his sister-in-law Frankie Autrey of Vilonia, Arkansas; his daughter Cindi Colbert; and his niece Sue Shock. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations be made to the Southern Christian Children Home in Morrilton, Arkansas, or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in Memphis, Tennessee, as a tribute to Phil's memory.
