He is survived by: his daughter Pamela Roberts Smith (Allen); his granddaughters, Amanda and Alexandra Smith (Ally); his brother Jerry Roberts; and his caregivers, Mona Davidson and Tim Cox. He is also survived by many extended family and friends.
