He was predeceased by: his parents, Alvin Albert and Judith Jean Schultz. He is survived by: his children, Daniel Jordan Schultz and Amber Owen (Chad); his grandchildren, Connor, Aubree, Ezekiel and Aria; his brothers, Robert Scott Schultz and Michael Byrd; and his close friend Ronnie Geddings.

In lieu of flowers contributions may be made in his memory to Gideon's International.
