Robert Southerland Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert Southerland of Cabot, Arkansas, born in Lonoke, Arkansas, who passed away on October 18, 2025, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Robert may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Robert touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his former wife Ida Fae Southerland; his siblings, Virginia Holt, Kaylyn Cagle, Willian Boykin and Troy Southerland; and his parents, Helen Southerland and Milton Southern.
He is survived by: his wife Doris Roberts; his sister Dorthy Davis; and his children, Robbie Southerland of Sheridan and Jenny Marie House of Cabot. He is also survived by several grandchildren, and numerous cousins.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 21st 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 22nd 2025 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Cross Covenant Church (2163 AR-294, Lonoke, AR 72086).
