He is survived by: his children, Megan Collins (Christopher), Kalvin West and Kyle "Carl" West; his grandchildren, Emma, Makinzy, Cheyenne, Erin, Jacob, Brynlee, Aubree, Bailey, Hannah, Waylon and Kennedy; his siblings, Jimmy West, William West (Becky), Rhonda Reaves (Tommy), Thea Seaton (Daniel) and Lindsey Geotz (Matt); his nieces and nephews, Alan, Hunter, Lucas, Jimmy Lee and Ashlee; and his stepparents, Debbie West and Steven Boone. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
