He was predeceased by: his father Lonnie E. Hopkins. He is survived by: his wife Tammy Hopkins; his children, Dana Perez, Amber Tavis, Stephen "Blue" Stark, Kayla Stark and Jennifer Stark; and his siblings, Terry, Kenny and David Hopkins. He is also survived by cousins and numerous extended family members and friends.
