He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Monroe and Myrtle Hartley Osborn; and his siblings, Hildreth Hutcheson and Ray Osborne. He is survived by: his wife Janice; his former spouse Ed; his sister Alta Jesko of Las Vegas, NV; his children, Robert (Judy) of Cabot, AR, Judy Frisk (Billy) of Big Flats, NY and Brenda Bell (Mike) of Poplar Bluff, MO; his grandchildren, Darren Bell (Lauren), Rebecca Bell Wright (Andrew), Teri Bell Johnson (Mike), Michael Rivers, Michelle Rivers Alvarez (Chris), Devin Osborn (Misty), Sharayah Crockett and Melissa Sutton (Zach); and his great grandchildren, Wyatt, Beau, Owen Crocket, Libby Mae, Allie, Mara Johnson, Noelle, Christian, Elijah Alvarez and Charlotte Vivian Wright.

The family suggests that memorial contributions be directed to Arkansas Hospice who demonstrated extraordinary care and compassion for Edward and our family throughout his transition to his eternal home.
