He was predeceased by: his father Samuel Lee; his wife Linda Singley; and his son Samuel Leslie Singley, Jr.. He is survived by: his sisters, Kathy Farnsworth of California, Kay Sentell (Mike) of Searcy, Brenda Singley of Sherwood and Deana Reece of Sherwood; his nephew Roy Davis; his girlfriend Becky Holley; and his partner's son Zack Grantham. He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
