It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Scottie Willard Watkins of Cabot, Arkansas, born in Meridian, Mississippi, who passed away on December 1, 2022, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Willard Watkins; and his father-in-law William Carrigan. He is survived by: his wife Penny Watkins; his sisters, Teresa Watkins James (Terry) of Oxford and Brenda Watkins Alawine of Collinsville, Mississippi; and his mother-in-law Joan Carrigan. He is also survived by three sisters-in-law; two brothers-in-law and numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews, extended family members and friends.
