She is survived by: her children, Paula Plemmons (Kim Dougan) of Austin and Matthew Plemmons (Julio Garza) of Phoenix, Arizona; and her brothers, Rudy Powell (Judy) of Williford and Randall Powell of Lonoke, Arkansas. She is also survived by many other relatives and good friends.
