She was predeceased by: her parents, Coleman Kelley and Mary Belle Kelley; her husband Frank Andrews; and her sister Shirley Schreckengost. She is survived by: her sons, Terry Andrews (Laura), Randy Andrews (Debra) and Robby Andrews (Shelley); her grandchildren, Nicole Mackley (Greg), Nephi Andrews, Stormie Andrews, Billy Andrews and Danielle Keen (Seth); and her brother Jerry Kelley of Oklahoma. She is also survived by three great-grandchildren.
A funeral service was held on Thursday, May 14th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Moore's Cabot Funeral Home (700 N 2nd St, Cabot, AR 72023). Visitation was held on Thursday, May 14th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Tuesday, May 19th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 9:30 AM at the Arkansas State Veterans Cemetery (1501 W Maryland Ave, North Little Rock, AR 72120).
