William leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing him. William’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around him. Though he is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support he offered will continue to resonate. All who knew William will carry forward his memory in their hearts.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Billy Allen Russell and Betty Russell; and his brother Mark Russell. He is survived by: his wife Tuesdi Russell; his children, Dana See (John), Megan Copeland (Casey), Amber Gross (Jeff) and Chance Russell; and his siblings, Deborah Wallace and James Russell (Barbara). He is also survived by his seven grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the New Life Church.
