He was predeceased by: his parents, William Whitfield Watts and Theresa Pearl O'Neal Watts; and his siblings, Vivian Job and Joseph Bowman. He is survived by: his wife Susan Logan Watts; his children, Robert Clayton Watts (Tommye) of Cabot, Shane Martin Moyer of Oklahoma City, Michael Joseph Moyer (Leah) of Jacksonville and Ellen Theresa Van London (Kurt) of Houston, Texas; and his stepbrother James Don Bowman (Kathy) of Conway. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; nine great grandchildren.
