We are sad to announce that, on December 28, 2022, at the age of 75, Phyllis Ann (Leath) Ballard of Caddo Valley, Arkansas, born in Arkadelphia, Arkansas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Clifford Walton and Virginia Mae Huneycutt Leath. She is survived by: her children, Scott Penney (Pat) of Caddo Valley and Kim Hughes (Kenny) of Caddo Valley; her sister Madonna Chunn (Gary) of Florida; her grandchildren, Shayna Walker, Joseph Paull, Josh Penney (Rebecca) and Zaine Penney; and her great grandchildren, Emma Hunt, Abigail, Kaelyn Howard, Tanner Ryals, Oaklynn Paull and Ember Penney. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
