We are sad to announce that on June 25, 2025, at the age of 69, Brenda Matthews of Camden, Arkansas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the soft embrace of remembrance, we recall the profound impact Brenda had on those she encountered along her journey. Though Brenda may have slipped beyond the veil of mortality, her essence lingers like a faint fragrance in the air, a lingering reminder of the beauty and complexity of the human experience.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Edward "Tuffy" Sharp and Mary Florence Nutt Sharp; and her sister Theresa Ann Sharp. She is survived by: her husband Bobby Matthews of Camden; her daughters, Kim Hamilton (Tim) of Farmersville and Megan Magby (Wade) of Camden, Arkansas; her grandchildren, Hailey Hamilton of Farmersville and Anniston Magby of Camden, Arkansas.; her brothers, Ronnie Sharp (Dottie) of Camden and Randy Sharp (DeAnna) of Camden; and her pet Grace. She is also survived by many extended family members and dear friends.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, June 28th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Proctor Funeral Home (442 Jefferson St SW, Camden, AR 71701).
