He was predeceased by: his father Frank Mercy; his son Allen Mercy; his brothers, Jim Mercy and Joe Mercy; and his stepson Tom Livingston.
He is survived by: his mother Patsy Mercy; his wife Mary Mercy; his children, Anthony Mercy, Graham Mercy (Jennifer) and Sheila Mercy; his stepchildren, Steve Livingston and Becky Vance; his grandchildren, Makenlee Kimbrough, Jacob Deadman, Eli Mercy, Ocean Mercy, Tyson Mercy, Ricky Jones, Ethan Jones, Ava Vance, Alex Vance, Jamie Livingston and Samantha Livingston; his great grandchild Leelanni Thompson; and his siblings, Terry Kiefer, Diana Birch, Martin Mercy and Tim Mercy. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and beloved friends.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, June 4th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Proctor Funeral Home (442 Jefferson St SW, Camden, AR 71701). A graveside service will be held on Thursday, June 5th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Mt. Horeb Cemetery (677 Ouachita Rd 64, Camden, AR 71701).
