He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Mosley and Grace Millsapps Mosley. He is survived by: his wife Linda Bearden Mosley; his children, Richard H. Mosley (J. J.), Dr. David H. Mosley (Kristy) and Grace Mosley Murphree (Mike); and his stepdaughter Laura Tuberville (Kevin). He is also survived by eleven grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Timothy Methodist Church (1800 California Ave SW, Camden, AR 71701). A memorial service was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
