With sadness, we share the passing of Jerry D. Pickett of Camden, Arkansas. Jerry, born on December 1, 1937, passed away on September 20, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Thurston S. Pickett and Blanche Cubbage Pickett; and his siblings, Edgar Pickett, Jessie Rhoden and Linda Purifoy.
He is survived by: his wife Jimmie Lou Pickett of Camden, AR; his children, Robby Pickett (Tiila) of Sheridan, AR, Stan Pickett (Jill) of El Dorado, AR and Jerri Dawn Beasley (David) of Buena Vista, AR; his grandchildren, Nathan Beasley (Autumn) of Camden, AR, Molly Beasley of Buena Vista, AR, Sydney Pickett Adams (Tony) of Sheridan, AR and Ashley Lupton (Sean) of Hamburg, AR; his brother Howell Pickett (Patricia) of Hot Springs Village, AR; and his great grandchildren, Aiden Zimmerman, Sophia Lupton, Braden Adams, Bailey Lupton, Beckett Reede, Berkley Adams, Emilee Beasley and Oaklynn Beasley. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, hunting buddies and friends.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 23rd 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Proctor Funeral Home (442 Jefferson St SW, Camden, AR 71701). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, September 24th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Cullendale Assembly of God Church (3250 Cash Rd SW, Camden, AR 71701).
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Cullendale Assembly of God Building Fund, 3250 Cash Road, Camden, AR 71701.
