He was predeceased by: his parents, William Bell and Mozell Bell; his wife Carol Bell; his son William Thomas Bell; and his grandchildren, Johnathan Allen Bell and Aurora Grace Bell.
He is survived by: his children, Lewis Bell, Jr. (Cara), James M. Bell and Melina Bell; his grandchildren, Robert Tyler Bell, Zoe Lynn-Marie Bell, Adaline Rae-Josephine Bell, Joseph Thomas Bell, Trinity Edana Tucker and Joanna Sloane Tucker; and his great grandchildren, Luca Tyler-Knox Bell and Harrison Lewis Bell.
Visitation was held on Friday, May 23rd 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Proctor Funeral Home (442 Jefferson St SW, Camden, AR 71701). A funeral service was held on Saturday, May 24th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Victory Church (1283 US-278, Camden, AR 71701). A burial was held on Saturday, May 24th 2025 at the Mt. Horeb Cemetery.
