He was predeceased by: his parents, Franklin Monroe, Sr. and Jean Tate. He is survived by: his family, Aerojet, Rocketdyne, Camden and Marty; his wife Vicki; his children, Jason (Lacey Monroe), Christopher (Tiffany Monroe), Amy and Ashley (Corey Coffman); his grandchildren, Ramsey, Madie, Gavin, Raith, Presley, Macie, Hudson, Ryder, Rory and Swayze; and his siblings, Frank Jr. (Diane Monroe), Ronnie (Rena Monroe), Danny Monroe of Myrtle Beach, SC, Brad (Michele Monroe), Linda (Mike Day) and Cindy Leroy of Denton, TX. He is also survived by numerous nieces & nephews, and a multitude of friends and neighbors.
