She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Sylvester Lockhart (TC) and Beulah Mae Lockhart; and her siblings, Thomas Lockhart Jr. and Betty Jean Lockhart. She is survived by: her husband Horace Eugene Fogle; her children, Reginald Lockhart (Cecelia), Vanessa Green (Horace Ray), Charlotte Juniel (Donald), Keithron Fogle (Alenda), Michael Fogle, Eric Scott (Kim) and Vernita Montgomery (Kenneth); her grandchildren, Ketrina Green, Quintin Green, Crystal Lockhart, Reginald Lockhart Jr., Shawnti Fogle, Alexandria Fogle, Ashton Fogle, Camden Fogle, Devin Scott, Malik Scott and Kaylee Scott; and her sisters-in-law, Earnestine Lockhart, Vernita Ellison and Ann Fogle-Frazier.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Proctor Funeral Home (442 Jefferson St SW, Camden, AR 71701). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Pilgrim Rest Baptist Church (675 Viser Ave SE, Camden, AR 71701).
