He is survived by: his parents, Perry Smith and Ann Smith; his wife Wendi; his children, Sophia, Wyatt and Karter Whittington; his siblings-in-law, Matt, Doug Miller and Angie McClendon; his brothers, Michael Garske of Camden and Anson Smith (Miranda); his siblings' children, Michael of Eudora, Jane Annsley of Eudora and Lauren of Eudora; and his friends, Keith Chambliss, Joey Dodson, Michael Vaughan, Elliott Brothers and Brad Meadows.
