With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Philip David Wells of Camden, Arkansas, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 6, 2025 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid Philip farewell, let us not mourn the absence of his physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of his spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Philip is not truly gone, but merely transformed, his energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Wells and Mavis Wells; his wife Florine; his stepson David Whitter; and his granddaughter Davin Whitter.
He is survived by: his sister Brenda Lowe (Gene); his nephews, Jake Lowe and Tom Strait (Pam); his friend Addrienne Smith; his stepdaughter Sherri Cash (Brad); and his grandchildren, Matthew Childers, Whitney Childers, Charity Henderson and Candy Jo Williams.
