He was predeceased by: his father Robert Harbor Sr.; and his sister Linda Faye Banks. He is survived by: his mother Mattie Harbor of Camden, AR; his sister Mattie; his brother-in-law John Scott of Camden, AR; and his children, Vincent Harbor of Chicago, IL, Keelan Harbor of Camden, AR and Soncerae "Cuda" Harbor of Memphis, TN. He is also survived by 5 nephews, a niece, and a host of great-nephews, great-nieces, relatives, and friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 18th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Greater Love Church of God in Christ (447 Sycamore Ave SW, Camden, AR 71701). A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the same location.
