She was predeceased by: her parents, Curtis Calahan and Hazel Calahan; her sister Patsy Phillips (Kenneth Davis); her brothers-in-law, Joe Phillips and Willie Pennington; her niece Susan; her brother-in-law Daniel; and her grandson Charlie Russell.
She is survived by: her daughters, Carolyn Briscoe (Shane), Wanda Russell (Rodney) and Hazel McBride (Micheal); and her sister Joy Pennington. She is also survived by 20 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren, 2 great great grandchildren.
A graveside service was held on Wednesday, September 9th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Memorial Park Cemetery.
