He was predeceased by: his parents, Bill Mantooth and Elizabeth Mantooth; and his wife Nell Mantooth. He is survived by: his children, Mandy Crumpler (Shane) and Brian Mantooth (Julie); his brothers, Gerald Brockman (Sheila), David Mantooth (Mary), Gary Mantooth (Jamara) and Earl Mantooth (Rona); his grandchildren, Kay Lee Hogue (Josh), Alyssa Pate (Dalton), Jayson Crumpler, Jackson Crumpler and Madison Mantooth; and his great grandchildren, Judson and Jentry Hogue.
A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, July 16th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Lakeside Cemetery.
