He is survived by: his wife Marti Burnham Neeley; his children, Beth Neeley Beasley (Ben) and William "Will" Neeley II; his sister Ollie Neeley Dunn; his grandson Brett Thomas Beasley; his siblings' children, Lindsey Bennett, Kimberly DeBow, Jeanne DeRamcy, Robyn James, Shelby Burnham, Chuck Bennett, Dwight Neeley Jr. and Bob Burnham; his brother Tommy; and his siblings-in-law, Teresa Harris, Bob (Faye Burnham), Tom Horne and Myrna Burnham.
