She is survived by: her sons, Chad Ruiz (Bernadette) of Canehill, AR and Brad Ruiz (Whitney) of Prairie Grove, AR; her grandsons, Garrett Ruiz (Maddison) of Bentonville, AR and Brody Ruiz of Prairie Grove, AR; her brother Dennis Miles (Marilyn) of Stilwell, OK; and her nephew Dennis Miles Jr. of Lincoln, AR..
