She was predeceased by: her parents, Oscar Sheppard and Tommie Meeker Sheppard; her children, Jerry Collins Jr. and Milli Rodriguez; her granddaughter Bryanna Smith; and her siblings, Wanda Mae Kidd, Glenda Sheppard, James "Cotton" Burrows and Carl Sheppard.
She is survived by: her husband Jerry Collins of Caraway; her daughters, Anna Collins of Caraway and Carolyn Ellison of Luxora; her siblings, Nute Sheppard of Caraway, Lupe Sheppard (Mary) of Caraway, David Sheppard (Debra) of Lepanto, Charles Sheppard (Esther) of Lepanto and Sharon Gann (Ronnie) of Luxora; her grandchildren, Chasity, Kim, Matthew, Junior, Tracy and Angela; and her pet Dixie. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 10th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Delancey Funeral Home (200 Miles St, Lepanto, AR 72354). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 11th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Etowah Pentecostal Church of God (698 S Co Rd 103, Etowah, AR 72428).
