He was predeceased by: his parents, Johnny Norman and Beatrice Norman; his sister Darla Mahoney; and his nephew Leslie Setzer. He is survived by: his wife Wanda Norman (Dog Maci); his daughter Melissa Highfill (Waylon Gordon); his sister Lottie Mitchell (David); his nephew Johnny Setzer (Brooke); his great-niece Megan Adams (Drake); his great-nephew Justin Setzer; and his grandchildren, Tyler Highfill (Heather) and Shelby Highfill. He is also survived by great-grandchildren that he loved fiercely; and a host of other family, friends, and caregivers.
