She was predeceased by: her parents, Sabe Burton and Emma Burton; her siblings, Christine Burton, Sadie Mae Hutchinson, Henry Burton and Willie Burton; and her sons, Larry Lewis, Charles Hendricks and Charlie Lewis Jr..

She is survived by: her children, Dorothy Leary of Sherwood, Arkansas, Diane Johnson (Charles) of Maumelle, Arkansas, Emma Lewis of England, Arkansas, Billy Lewis (Patricia) of England, Arkansas, Jerry Lewis (Laquita) of Malvern, Arkansas and Danny Lewis (Pamela) of Little Rock, Arkansas.; and her brothers, Jimmy Burton (Maud) of Little Rock and Sabe Burton Jr. (Maggie) of Little Rock. She is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, extended family members, church family, neighbors, and friends.

Viewing was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the East Macedonia Baptist Church. A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 at the Nellums Cemetery.
