Janet leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing her. Janet’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around her. Though she is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support she offered will continue to resonate. All who knew Janet will carry forward her memory in their hearts.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Gordon W. Tarter, Sr. and Jackie Tarter McNeil. She is survived by: her brother Gordon "Gordy" W Tarter, Jr. (Jan); her husband Mike Pasley; her son Keith Pasley (Nena); and her grandchildren, Ty Galloway and Kylie "Roo" Galloway. She is also survived by Several nieces and a nephew and great nieces and a nephew and great- great nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family asks for donations to be made to the Shelby's Food Pantry in Carlisle, Arkansas.
