He is survived by: his wife Sue Palsa; his daughter Melanie Palsa of Carlisle; his granddaughters, Madeleine Palsa Dilley (Allen) of Olive Branch, MS, Olivia and Nina Catherine Brown of Starkville, MS; his grandchildren-in-law, Brittany Swears Ray (Eric) and Caleb Swears (Madi) of Carlisle; his close friend Terry Norton; and his caregiver Ranae Ramsey of Carlisle. He is also survived by relatives and friends.
