We are sad to announce that on April 12, 2024, at the age of 89, Margaret E. Neal of Carthage, Arkansas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Horace Marshall and Nancy Raney Marshall; her husband B. Gene Neal; and her siblings, Delora Wallace, Dora Atkins, Katherine Roberts, Joy Bolin, Carolyn Starks, Marolyn Marshall, Chester Marshall, Gerald Marshall and Darrell Marshall.

She is survived by : her daughters, Kim Noles of Cedar Rapids and Mandy Noles of Carthage; and her brother Johnny Marshall of Monticello. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews and their children.
