She was predeceased by: her parents, Artie Edmond and Emma Alice Moore Rankin; her husband William Earl "Peat" Clay; her daughter Peggy Jo Clay of Little Rock; her granddaughter Courtney Michelle Clay of Conway; and her siblings, Mary Alice Rankin Warner of Grand Saline, Helen Lee Rankin Magie of Perryville and Willie Q. Rankin of St. Paul, Minnesota..
She is survived by: her sons, Bill Clay (Janet) of Conway, Jim Clay (Judy) of Conway and Ronnie Clay (Kristi) of Hot Springs, Arkansas; her grandchildren, Jessica Zimmerman, Justin Clay (Kendra), Emily Woodell (Alex), Nathan Woodell (Abby), Megan Knight (Spencer) and Mason Clay (Athen); and her great grandchildren, Cross Clay, Cohen Clay, Collier Clay, Stella Zimmerman, Perry Zimmerman, Zeke Zimmerman, Levi Knight, Emma Knight and Riggins Clay.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Fowler Cemetery Memorial Fund at Farmers and Merchants Bank in Perryville, Arkansas.
