He is survived by: his wife Starla; his son Logan Slagley of Hoxie; his mother-in-law Virginia Decker of Swifton; his brother-in-law Anthony Decker (Dena) of Swifton; his siblings, Roger Slagley (Janice) of Walnut Ridge, Billy Slagley (Donna) of Jonesboro, Rickey Slagley of Michigan, Barbara Lucy (Wayne) of Swifton, Lana Black (Don) of Swifton and Patti Hazelip (Doug) of Diaz; his grandchildren, Langston Slagley, Leland Slagley, Lanley Cole, Lesia Cole and Laken Cole; and his close friends, John Cockran, Ken Boling, Dan Walker and Brandon Walker. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
