He is survived by: his wife Jackie Brokaw; his children, Janice Hodges (Eddie) of Judsonia, Anna Passmore (George) of Judsonia, April Phillips (Daren) of Judsonia, Tiffany Cahoon (Quentin) of Violet Hill, Austin Brokaw (Samantha) of Cave City and Christina Arbogast (Sam) of Florida; his grandchildren, Tyler Hodges (Holly) of Bald Knob, Gracie Hodges of Judsonia, Seth (Kaylie) of Judsonia, Jacob Phillips, Hannah Phillips, Karl Isom of Judsonia, Sarah Poskey (Hunter) of Judsonia, Tony Taylor, Mecca Taylor and Dylan Taylor; his great grandchildren, Lendzey Hodges, Adalynn Poskey, Maggie Poskey, Levi Phillips, Zadie Phillips, Eliza Phillips, Briar Phillips and Ivory Zellar Taylor; and his siblings, Diane Girtman (Gary), Agnes Melcher (Robin) and Allen Brokaw (Michelle). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
