He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Melvin and Lillie Mae Green Milligan; his wife Daphene James; his parents-in-law, Daniel and Girtha Brogdon James; and his siblings, Maxola Foster, Jean Mize, Lannie Crock, Kimbrew Milligan and Kelmer Milligan.
He is survived by: his daughter Cyndi Hendrix of Columbia, MO; his grandson Danny (Trisha Heflin); his great grandchildren, Bryson and Lincoln Heflin of Columbia, MO; and his sister Walase Perkey White of Cave City.
