With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Naomi Smith (Cave City, Arkansas), born in Leachville, Arkansas, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on August 24, 2025 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Martin "Enoch" Milligan and Herbie Milligan (Payne); the father of her children Pete Smith; and her siblings, Walter Noel Milligan, Alton Enoch Milligan, John Edward Milligan, Nina Barlow and Martha Opaline Lincoln.
She is survived by: her daughters, Alexa Smith (Batesville), Myra Eley (Little Rock), Jenita Hughes (Little Rock), Lisa Smith (Batesville) and Sheri Letezia of Corvallis, OR; and her sister Mary Alyce Rogers of Searcy, AR.
