He was predeceased by : his parents, Robert Lee "Cap" and Wanda Faye McCartney Hall; and his sister Benita Joyce Hall Roland. He is survived by : his children, Robert Hall (Tracy) of Cecil, Rosemary Hall (Todd Wood) of Ozark and Roxanne Daily (Scott) of Ash Flat, Arkansas; the mother of his children Ruth Brown-Mills; his brother Leland Hall of Ozark; his grandchildren, Megan Orr (Dilyn), Blake Flores, Erica Flores Fontes, Kie Michael Wood, Conor and Kasyn Daily; and his great grandchildren, Maddux, Orr, Baylor, Kobe, Karson Flores, Kinsleigh, Kennedy, Kingston Fontes, Micah and Maya Flores.
